Pargeting is a traditional English craft that is particularly prevalent throughout East Anglia. Sadly, it’s perhaps a less common craft than it once was. Pargeting is the provision of decorative designs to a façade using lime plaster and was first introduced by Henry VIII. The brief for the Emmerson Critchley Ltd team in this case was to showcase the story of the property and the results are wonderful.
Emmerson Critchley Ltd’s Founder and Director, Emmerson Marshall-Critchley explains: “Here is pargetting at its very best. Our clients wanted us to come up with a pargeting design that was close to their hearts and shares, in pictoral form, the story of the house that they love. We are all very happy with the results. Well done team!”
